We received wonderful news during the week. James, Shane and Èabha in Mrs.Durnin’s 1st class won a prize in the Credit Union competition. Huge congratulations to the three children.
The theme of the competition was ‘Saving For Something Special’
Shane drew a picture of a Louth Jersey 🔴⚪️ He is saving and hoping to have another day out in Croke Park. Shane’s picture was highly commended and he won a shop local voucher. 🎉
Èabha drew a picture of a magnificent Merry go round and she is saving for a trip to Emerald Park. She came 2nd in the 7-9 age category. Èabha also won a shop local voucher. 🎉
James drew a picture of the infamous titanic ship. He is hoping to visit the titanic museum in Belfast during the Summer. James came 1st place in the 4-6 age category 🤩James also received a shop local voucher.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Credit Union for their wonderful prizes of shop local vouchers. The children were absolutely delighted and are looking forward to spending their vouchers in town during the Summer.
